- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- During high-demand periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days across India.
- We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote location delivery constraints
- Courier network disruptions
- Unexpected logistical issues
Please note that once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations and are beyond Ellomo's direct control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes.
- Ellomo reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations or orders.
