Returns & Refunds
1. Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
- Once a prepaid order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Photos showing the issue.
- Your order number.
Without a complete unboxing video, we may be unable to process refund, replacement, or damage claims.
3. How to Record an Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth claim process:
- Show the sealed package from all sides.
- Clearly display the shipping label.
- Record the entire unboxing process without pauses or cuts.
- Show all items received.
- If there is an issue, clearly capture:
- Any damage
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be approved only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Required proof (unboxing video and images) is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Products purchased during special clearance or final-sale promotions (unless received damaged or defective).
6. Return Window
Any issue regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
